Pedro Pooptooth, also known as Peter Shitmouth, is a minor antagonist in Paradise P.D.. He is a Colombian drug dealer who works in Paradise. He initially only appeared as a one-time character in the episode "Karla 9000", but then made a return in the Season 2 episode, "Paradise Found", as a member of the Legion of Dooooom.
He is voiced by Dana Snyder.
Biography[]
In "Karla 9000", Dusty Marlow and Bullet went to see Pedro, to get some cocaine from him. Dusty was unaware they were buying cocaine. He just thought they were buying sugar. When Dusty asked Pedro for "sugar", Pedro assumed it was just a codeword and went along with the conversation, naturally. Pedro said that the price was high and Dusty cashed in a comically oversized million dollar check and Pedro gave them their coke.
When Dusty and Bullet came back for more "sugar", Pedro said that the price just went up and now it was going to cost them twenty-thousand dollars, which they could not afford. They decided that imported coke was too expensive so they had to go buy coke straight from the farm, so they went to Colombia, where the whole drug cartel was located. Dusty went to Colombia and bought coke from the crime boss himself, Marcos Narcos.
Pedro got mad that Dusty was buying drugs straight from his supplier, as this meant he was getting cut out of the equation. Pedro snatched Bullet right off the streets and threatened to kill Dusty if Bullet didn't put an end to what was going on. He also said that he didn't like the name "Pedro Pooptooth" and was considering changing it to "Peter Pooptooth" because his current name was too ethnic. However, Pedro never went through on these threats.
Later, Gina Jabowski found Pedro and arrested him, locking him in the holding cell of Paradise Police Department. While in prison, he claimed that his new name was "Peter Shitmouth".
In "Paradise Found", Pedro returned as a member of the Legion of Dooooom, a villainous organization led by Gerald Fitzgerald that profited off of illegally selling argyle meth and later houndstooth meth to the citizens of Paradise. Pedro fit right in around there as drug distribution was his bread and butter. Despite his previous name change, he still went by "Pedro Pooptooth" in this episode.
In "The Father, The Son, and The Holy Post-It Note", Pedro invaded a Catholic Church and attempted to steal money from the Catholic Priest. He took out a dagger and fought his army of nuns but ultimately lost and had his face smashed in with one of the nuns' shoes before promptly getting kicked out. He'd later come back with Jesus Christ by his side but only got beaten to a bloody pulp again.
In "Flip the Vote", Pedro made political phone calls to support Fitz's campaign to become mayor of Paradise in the 2020 election. In order to help Fitz integrate his potential voters into town, via green card, Pedro got his bride to be a ring ... of fire and lit up a ring with his cigarette lighter. When Fitz became the mayor, he opened fire on the cops of Paradise P.D., hoping to murder them, and ended up driving them out of town.
In "Operation: D.D.", Pedro was one of the Legion of Dooooom members to hold the cops of Paradise P.D. at gunpoint as soon as they got into Fitz's Lair.
In "Top Cops", Pedro was disappointed to hear that because of Fitz's mental recovery, The Legion of Dooooom had officially disbanded. Pedro and the other team members went their separate ways and were never heard from again.
