Peltrola is one of the main antagonists in the superhero manga and anime series Go! Go! Loser Ranger!. They are an executive of the Villainous Army. In the past, Peltrola descended into the sky where he was worshipped as a "God" by a group of believers before he murdered them all, one of them were the parents of Hibiki Sakurama and older brother of Kai Shion. He serves as one of the four archenemies (alongside Red Keeper, Yellow Keeper and Yakushi Usukubo) of Footsoldier D and also archenemy of Kai Shion. His codename is "Rooster".

He is voiced by Hōchū Ōtsuka in Japanese (who also voiced Edward Avalaché from Black Cover: Sword of the Wizard King, Hakurou from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Lutheran Barnett from The Eminence in Shadow, Talhand from Mushoku Tensei, Sakonji Urokodaki from Demon Slayer, Jiraiya from Naruto, and Zephyr from One Piece) and by Adam Seitz in English.

Appearance[]

Peltrola first appeared as a towering humanoid being with a ghastling like head with a mouth comprised of diamond shapes, a nose and and glowing eyes. They have glowing shades on top of his head, with a few floating around.

Afterwards, he switched to the appearance of a tall rooster, as his codename suggests.

Personality[]

Despite being believed as the God by humans who described as a benevolent being who never gives up on them, Peltrola is the complete opposite of the description, heartlessly slaughtering his supposed "followers" and attempted to sadistically kill Hibiki's older sister when they were both children. They also manipulates Footsoldier XX, as possibly one of their creations, Peltrola may be manipulating the invader for his own sake security to escape.

History[]

Past[]

Years before the events of the story took place, a clone of Sōshi Akabane, who was the original actor that played Red Keeper in the show, named DR-738, had been created in attempts to become a human who could use the power of the Divine Dragons. Upon being injected with the Divine Dragon power, DR-738's body was unable take the power and as a result, transformed him into Peltrola, the Rooster Executive.

During the first year of the war between the Rangers and Villainous Army, Peltrola descended from the Sky Fortress and landed in the Invader Church, yet began killing everyone who had attended save for two survivors, Hibki and Sesera Sakurama, who'd become permenantly disabled because of his assault on the church. They would have also lost their lives, but thanks to the original Blue Keeper.

At some point afterwards, the Dragon Keepers lied about the deaths of the Dusters' bosses, including Peltrola. However, the latter eventually ran into Footsoldier XX, who was given her name due to the tradition of the dusters staying behind giving themselves names based on the letters of the alphabet.

9 years afterwards, Peltrola one day ran into two ranger cadets, Riku and Kai Shion. Kai had attempted to fight back against the Rooster Executive, but lost his life in the process.

New Year's Showdown Arc[]

Like the other Executives, an inverted Peltrola was summoned by Chidori.

Powers and Abilities[]

  • Power Replication: Peltrola possesses the ability to copy other abilities. By consuming something, they are able to learn the ability and power of whatever it was, whether it was a living being or a mechanical device.
  • Replication: Through their own copying ability, Peltrola obtained the ability of creating clones of themself by eating the hidden cloning equipment within Bailong’s Next, whether as full grown or smaller versions. Said clones, however, are all of Peltrola’s bodies and to wipe them all out would result in their death.
  • Laser Beam Emission: It’s implied that Peltrola’s beams were something which they’d acquired over the war through consumption.
