Percy is a supporting antagonist of the Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers pilot "Rescue Rangers to the Rescue" and a member of Aldrin Klordane's Gang.

Appearance

Percy is a short and fat thug with blue clothes and a hat.

Percy's primary weapon of choice is a pistol.

Biography

Percy was introduced escaping Detective Drake and the police dog Plato in a car chase in an order to retrieve the Clutchcoin Ruby he stole. Percy escaped into a warehouse where his boss Aldrin Klordane was hiding where he tries to evade Drake.

After Percy loses the Clutchcoin Ruby to the cops thanks to Chip 'n' Dale's interference, his boss Aldrin Klordane confesses that he arranged him to fail so he can frame Detective Drake for stealing it again.

He later attended Klordane's earthquake scheme that opens a hold in the gold reserve in order to steal its contents. This however was shortlived when the founding members of the Rescue Rangers sent Fat Cat flying into the gelatin used to trigger it, leading to Klordane leaving Percy and the rest of his gang to fend for themselves as he escapes on the train.
