| ~ Dried Persimmon World's final words before his death |
The Persimmon World is one of two main antagonist (the other is the Great Persimmon World) in episode 30 of 2021 TV series called Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. He's a persimmon-based World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Hoshikaki Tojiru Gear that contained Hoshikakitopia. After his death, his Tojiru Gear lasted another life by reforming a Kudaitest into Great Persimmon World.
He is voiced by Chihiro Suzuki who previously voiced Grand Beast Rei, a Drill Banki, Hyakuyappa, Waraikozou of the Gremlin and later voiced the Great Persimmon World. Also from the Kamen Rider franchise he voiced both the Spider Imagin and a Clown Imagin.
History[]
The Persimmon World made his first appearance at a temple bell as he used his Eat Persimmon Ring's the Bell Cannon and fire his dehydration soundwaves onto the populace as he caused the whole town to be very thirsty, however this noise of his didn't went un-notice when the Zenkaiger's showed up to stop with his noise pollution so chased they chased him through the cemetery and once they manage to corner him they were about to transform until they were opened fire by the latest of Tojiendo generals named Hakaizer as he introduced himself to the team and the Persimmon World.
After the intro Persimmon World asked him if he was on his side and Hakaizer has confirmed and to further in the detail he was created by Ijirude to defend any kind of world monsters from being destroyed by the Zenkaigers, so with the question the solved the team transformed and battle the duo, however during the fight Hakaizer has proved as a tough foe as he easily knock back the teams attack and to make it worse he pulled out his Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon as he summoned the yellow ninjas and samurais to attack the team and with that the zenkaigers were sent down to ground as the Persimmon World used his Eat Persimmon Ring's the Bell Cannon and fire his dehydration soundwave at the team and then left the area to make more mayhem. So here's the catch if they don't defeat the Persimmon World anytime soon everyone will be very thirsty in fact they'll die of thirst.
A while later he was in the city as he revealed himself his true form as he none other than the Dried Persimmon World and he revealed his plan to the very thirsty Zenkaiger because those of them who heard his noise will have the case of an endless thirst. And with that they chased him to an empty warehouse and once they have him cornered they transformed and did their rollcall, but due to how thirsty they are now they couldn't even fight him. Thankfully the pirates have provided the team a Re-Hydration Station so they'll have to continuously to drink while fighting the Dried Persimmon World. This goes on as Zox tagged out to get some more drink of water and they manage to kept up the fight to the point where they put a canister on the Dried Persimmon World's head until Hakaizer has come to "save" the day as he summoned the blue explosive science team to keep the team at bay from drinking.
After the break the team split into two groups as one of them fight against the Dried Persimmon World while the other (i.e. Kaito) holds off Hakaizer and during the brief struggle Kaito manages to take back the Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon from Hakaizer and then used the said arsenal to finish off the Dried Persimmon World with this finisher called Zenryoku Zenkai Finale Buster, thus everyone that heard the bell are no longer thirsty anymore.
Trivia[]
- Persimmon World is the first fruit-themed monster since Pineapple Mask from Himitsu Sentai Gorenger. As a result of this, he is also the second fruit-themed monster in Super Sentai franchise as a whole.
- However, if one considered tomatoes as a kind of fruit instead of vegetable, then Persimmon World is the first fruit-themed monster since Great Tomato King from Choujin Sentai Jetman.
- His body design was re-used from the Rider World who made his debut in a Super Sentai and Kamen Rider crossover movie.
