Anthony "Tony" Harris, known in Night City media as the Meatman and codenamed Peter Pan by the NCPD, is a minor antagonist in the 2020 science fiction video game Cyberpunk 2077, serving as the main antagonist in side quest "The Hunt".
He is a serial killer who kidnaps young boys after grooming them over the internet. However, he was shot in the head while trying to flee from the police and has been left in a vegative state. leaving investigators struggling to determine the whereabouts of his latest victims before they are killed, including River Ward's nephew Randy Kutcher.
Biography[]
Anthony was born in the smaller suburb of Laguna Bend which was turned into a body of water due to land acquisitions by NC Dam Ltd and attended the school in his town where the school shooting happened. As a child, Anthony spent most of his time at Edgewood Farm in the Badlands helping his dad raise animals on the farm, especially cows in the family business. His biological mother died at a young age for unknown reasons, leaving him alone with his father, who resented him for making irresponsible mistakes. However, a cattle infection came to the farm where it led to a decline in the quality of production and the sale of the farm by a corporation that caused his father to fall into depression and commit suicide.
