The Phantom Blot is one of the recurring antagonists of the 2017 Disney XD series Ducktales. He is a member of FOWL who pretended to be a mascot of Funso's Fun Zone.
He was voiced by actor Giancarlo Esposito in true form. as a mascot of Funzo's Fun Zone, it was voiced d by Jason Marsden in season 1 and Eric Bauza in season 2.

Background
In the past the Phantom Blot was a member of a small village that was ruled over by an evil sorceress named Magica De Spell. At one point Magica got bored of the many gifts the villagers would give her to keep her from destroying their village so she destroyed their village. Phantom Blot was able to survive it and grew to hate magic and vowed to put an end to Magica and magic in general for good. He kept going after Magica he failed each time but every time he got better the last time they encountered Magica barely escaped. At some point Phantom Blot joined the organization FOWL.

In "Moonvasion!", following General Lunaris' defeat, the Blot, along with Gandra Dee, John D. Rockerduck, Jeeves, Steelbeak and Black Heron, are summoned by The High Command (McDuck Enterprises' Board of Directors), who inform them that the McDuck family, having nearly cost them the world, must be destroyed before they can endanger their operations again.
Ducktales 2017 (Season 3)
The Phantom Blot then appears as the main antagonist in the episode, "The Phantom and the Sorceress!".
He makes a cameo in "Escape from the ImpossiBin!", where he captures Gene the Genie (while the latter was calling to warn Scrooge).
Powers and Abilities
He posseses a gauntlet that can absorb magic and use it as a weapon to destroy Magica.
Trivia
- His gauntlet is somewhat similar to the Marvel supevillain Thanos.
