Philip "Phil" Cassidy is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series.
He is voiced by Gary Busey in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, and by Hunter Platin in Grand Theft Auto III.
Biography
