Phraud Hogslop is the secondary antagonist of POSTAL 2: Apocalypse Weekend and a cameo character in POSTAL 2: Paradise Lost. He is the CEO of BullFish Interactive.
He is voiced by Marcus Davis.
Biography[]
Vince Desi sends the Postal Dude to take the Gold Master disc from BullFish Interactive. The company has many paintings with Phraud on the walls who is holding a lot of money. This representation of Phraud as a rich man is confirmed when the Postal Dude enters his office with fountains, statues, several vaults and money falling from above.
When the Postal Dude walks to his desk, he makes fun of him, but his secretary interrupts him saying that Vince is on the line. The Postal Dude tells him he came for the Gold Master. Although it is on the desk, Phraud tries to convince him that he does not have it. The Postal Dude takes the golden disk which annoys Phraud who pulls out the rocket launcher.
The Postal Dude defeats him and Vince calls him, saying that he is invited to his party.
Trivia[]
- Phraud is based off of the former real-life CEO of Whiptail Interactive, Fred Heslop. This boss was made out of spite by Running With Scissors after a breach of contract on Fred's part.
- Phraud's first name is also an obvious pun, that being Phraud being "fraud".
