Pia Decem is a secondary antagonist of the anime King of Braves GaoGaiGar Final. He is the counterpart of the Red Planet warrior Soldato J and is the mute pilot of Pia Decem PIT and Pia Decem PEAK. He is frequently seen with Pillnus.
Appearance[]
Pia Decem adopts an appearance similar to that of a knight with some avian traits, with a helmet-like head with a yellow, furred plume on top of it, an armored body, claw-like fingers emerging from a set of massive plates that coat his upper body, a skinny waist, long, bird-like legs that end in talons, a tail akin to that of a demon, and a cape thats colored grayish green on the outside and magenta on the inside. He also has red markings on his forehead and chest.
Biography[]
Pia Decem is first seen after he is sent to pursuit Mamoru Amami after he stole the Q-Parts from the Pas-Q machine, chasing Mamoru down to the area around Jupiter where Decem would encounter Soldato J and Ikumi Kaidou. In the end, Kaidou managed to escape to Earth with the Q-parts, while Mamoru and J were forced to retreat to the Trinary System.
Later, Decem showed up on Earth in his carrier Pia Decem PIT along with Pillnus and Palparepa to reclaim the Q-Part which was rebuilt. After Palparepa reclaimed it, they returned to the Repli-Earth.
After most of the members of the GGG were affected by the effect of Palparepa's nerve-relaxing Paras Particles, Repli-Papillon, one of the few members of GGG that didn't get affected, tried to activate Final Fusion for Guy Shishiou when he was fighting against Palparepa. However, before she could do so, she was attacked by Pia Decem.
Soon after Renais rescued Soldato J, Pia Decem and Pillnus emerged to attack them, with Pia Decem fighting against J. However, J and Renais can finish off their respective opponents, Palus Abel intervened the fight and saved them both. Later, Mamoru and Mikoto stepped in the fight and helped J and Renais escaping in the J-Ark, and thus, Abel had Decem to chase them with the carrier Pia Decem PIT. Abel ordered Decem to fire at J-Ark with the Mason Fighters, and J decided to fly the J-Ark to outer space in response.
During their fight, Abel forcefully had Soldato J's J-Jewl shut down by ordering a brainwashed Kaidou to do so before Decem slammed his carrier on J's J-Der and impaled it to the J-Ark. Then, Palus Abel, Pia Decem and Pillnus raided the ship. While Abel is busying rewriting the program of Tomoro 0117, Pia Decem and Pillnus fought Soldato J and Renais respectively. During the fight, Pia Decem damaged Soldato J's helmet and with Pillnus's help, they managed to wound J and Renais, but before they can finish them off, Renais's G-Stone awakened, which reactivated J's J-Jewl. Fighting the two off for some time, Palus Abel ordered them to retreat due to the awakening of Genesic GaoGaiGar and the return of GGG. They then returned to Pia Decem PIT as it soon fell into Repli-Los Glaciarwa with J's King J-Der to start the final battle, after Abel had Decem to carry out Giga Fusion to turn the carrier into the mecha Pia Decem PEAK.
Pia Decem quickly released Mason Fighters to send themselves into a suicidal attack at King J-Der under Abel's command. While temporary stunning it, J was soon able to recover and blasted Pia Decem PEAK with their own Mason Cannon, also becoming J-Phoenix and crashing into Pia Decem PEAK, seemingly destroying it. However, it was revealed that Pia Decem PEAK escaped with ES Fighter to open a portal to dodge the attack. Then, Abel had Decem to release Anti-Mason to destroy King J-Der, only for J to dodge the attack with similar way of opening a portal with ES-Missile. Following this, J fired the 10 Mason Cannon at Pia Decem PEAK at the point-blank range to its engine, destroying it with Pia Decem himself being caught in the blast, utterly destroying him too.
However, Abel had Pisa Sol to replicate and revive the fallen Planetary Masters with the Pas-Q machine, including Pia Decem and his Pia Decem PEAKs. However, after Guy annihilated the Pas-Q Machine and Pisa Sol herself, all of the Planetary Masters, including Decem, all faded away into existence.
