Pierce (in Japanese: フリント, Flint) is a supporting antagonist in the Pokémon: Best Wishes anime season. He is an Agent of Team Rocket Elite Officer.

Biography[]
Pierce was first mentioned in The Bloom Is On Axew! as having been sent by Giovanni to assist with Jessie, James and Meowth on the mission. He making his physical appearance in A Rival Battle for Club Champ!.
A Rival Battle for Club Champ![]
When Jessie, James and Meowth are intercepted by Officer Jenny and other police officer, Pierce came in driving a truck. Officer Jenny and her police officer are chasing the suspect until they came across a half-constructed road. The truck has been exploded and Pierce along with Jessie, James and Meowth escaped with jetpacks, and Pierce give them a briefcase and flies away.
A Home for Dwebble![]
Pierce give the trio mission to enter the Antimony Research Lab. He then regroup with them again, where Jessie handed him the data he wanted.
A Night in the Nacrene City Museum![]
Pierce regroup with the trio at Nacrene City and give them orders about the dummy meteorite they founded since Here Comes the Trubbish Squad!.
Scraggy-Hatched to be Wild![]
He contact with the trio to meet him. He appeared in helicopter and the trio jumped in. He meet a new member Dr. Zager who scanned the meteorite and told them that the materials are not appeared in Unova.
A Venipede Stampede! and Team Rocket vs Team Plasma![]
Pierce along with Dr. Zager, Jessie, James and Meowth have founded the Meteonite at the Desert Resort. In Team Rocket vs Team Plasma!, he helped retrieve the Meteonite in Relic Castle and assisted with Giovanni as he try to take over Unova (despite Team Plasma's attempt to steal the Meteonite). When the mission has been aborted, Pierce return to Kanto along with Giovanni and Dr. Zager.
Pierce has not been seen or mentioned in Battling For The Love of Bug-Types! or after the cancellation of two-part episodes Team Rocket vs Team Plasma! (Part 1) and Team Rocket vs Team Plasma! (Part 2).
Trivia[]
- Pierce's unique Team Rocket uniform only appeared in A Venipede Stampede!, but only appear in the back. However, his final two appearances were cancelled due to Earthquake and Tsunami Tohoku since 2011.
