Pinga, also known by his fake identity Grace, is a Black Organization engineer. He appears as a major antagonist in the anime movie Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine, the twenty-eighth movie installment of the franchise.
As the Frenchwoman Grace, "she" has brown hair in a bob cut and wears glasses with a red frame on the upper side of the lenses. However, after being exposed as Pinga, the brown hair is revealed to be a wig hiding his true blonde braided cornrows. He wears sunglasses in place of his clear lens glasses after this exposure.
While appearing to be polite as "Grace", this politeness is actually a ruse for his true greedy and murderous personality as Pinga. He will also stop at nothing to overthrow everyone in the Black Organization to be its top member, while listening to only Rum's orders.

Black Iron Submarine[]
First appearing as Grace, Pinga's first act was initially to survey the Pacific Buoy's All-Age Recognition Program before proceeding to kidnap Ai Haibara, who was in Sonoko's resort at Hachijo Island. Conan and Professor Agasa would chase Pinga, who was making his escape alongside Vodka into the Black Iron Submarine, but deleted traces of them when the detectives were investigating the case.
After an apparent suicide by Leonhardt, Kogoro would later reveal that Pinga was the who murdered Leonhardt by poisoning the German's coffee. Pinga used deepfake to stage Leonhardt's murder as if it were a suicide by altering camera settings and hiding Pinga from the camera. His disguise as Grace would reveal an Adam's apple, which is not present on females. Conan would expose Grace's wig to reveal Pinga's true hairdo, only for Pinga to try to escape the Buoy. With the submarine set to attack the Buoy, Conan arranged for Akai to snipe the submarine and destroy it from the inside with a rocket. This forces the members of the Black Organization to flee the submarine, except for Pinga, who dies from the blast with a psychotic smile.

His design is based on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series acording to Gosho Aoyama during a stage greeting event for the Black Iron Submarine.
