Pirate Robot is a minor antagonist, now primarily plays the role of a hero in the television series, PJ Masks. He originally featured in the titular episode of Season 5.
He is voiced by Wyatt White.
Personality[]
Pirate Robot displays archetypal pirate behavior. He frequently speaks in pirate slang, but with a robotic twist (instead of saying "shiver me timbers," he says "shiver me circuits" or "shiver me screwdrivers").
Biography[]
Initially, Romeo wanted to hire Pirate Robot as a chef since he was sick of Robot's subpar fare. Romeo was just about to start assembling the robot when Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos broke into the Flying Factory while pretending to be pirates. In the ensuing confusion, Night Ninja's pirate hat fell into the machine and was combined with the other parts to become Pirate Robot. Immediately after becoming a villain in his own right, Pirate Robot turned on his creator.
Pirate Robot has changed from being a villain to a hero since the events of "Owlette, the Pirate Queen," teaming up with the PJ Masks and other allies, such as Newton, despite the fact that he can occasionally come into conflict with them through his acts.

- The Pirate Robot's creation has many similarities to how Orticia was created in the book series, with the Night Ninja disrupting Romeo while the latter is in the middle of creating a new invention, resulting in the accidental creation of a new villain.
