Pistonhead is the secondary antagonist of Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth. He was originally a nightclub owner named J.P. Monroe before he purchased the Pillar of Souls and became entangled in Pinhead's evil scheme.
History[]
Past Life[]
J.P. was originally the son of two wealthy aristocrats who showed him little affection. J.P. later killed both his parents and used their money to purchase the Boiler Room nightclub.
Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth[]
J.P. purchased the Pillar of Souls in which Pinhead was contained. He accidentally brought Pinhead back to life when his hand was bitten by a rat and his blood splattered on the statue and into Pinhead's mouth.
However, J.P. did not know Pinhead was alive until he absorbed Sandy, a women who J.P. had just had sex with and tried to kick out. Believing Pinhead could give him a new life, J.P. agreed to bring more people to him.
J.P. brought his on-off girlfriend Terri into the room and attempted to feed her to Pinhead, but she knocked him towards Pinhead with a pair of brass knuckles. Pinhead then shoved a piston into his head and turned him into a Cenobite.
