Plainrock124's Intern (better known as simply Intern) is a minor antagonist of the Plainrock124 videos, only appearing as the main antagonist of the video Bored Smashing - META QUEST PRO as King's Intern, who King attempted to murder him after he got "double fired", and murdered him in revenge.
Appearance[]
The Intern wears a Christmas Clippy sweater and wears black pants. He always appears with a laptop on his right side with the label (INTERN) always on the screen.
Personality[]
He's shown to be forgetful, as he doesn't remember it's past Christmas. It also is implied that he doesn't exactly know how to properly schedule videos, as he scheduled a product 3 months after it released. He seems to not be that forgiving to people who wronged him either however, as he kidnapped King Liang and forced a faulty headset to be stuck to his head, which in turn electrocutes him.
Biography[]
He only appears in Bored Smashing - META QUEST PRO at both the start and end of the video. King Liang realizes that the Meta Quest Pro came out three months ago. He yells out, asking who’s responsible for scheduling the videos, and teleports into the Intern’s office. He tells the Intern he’s fired. The Intern points out that it’s Christmas, which would mean the Meta Quest Pro release was from 2 months ago. King Liang then flips the Intern’s Mario calendar while informing him that it’s actually January. The Intern realizes this and mentions that the profit margins are going to be terrible. King Liang responds by saying he’s double fired and proceeds to shoot him with a Wii Zapper. The Intern slumps down in his seat due to this.
Later, at the end, it’s revealed that he not only survived that, but also survived Plainrock124 L.L.C Shooter, who is one of the Human Resources employees, along with Plainrock124 L.L.C Pervert. It turns out he placed a Meta Quest Pro 2 on his head, secured by Gorilla Glue’s Heavy Duty Spray. He discovers this at the end of the video when he feels something on his head and gets stuck in a loop of different universes before reaching the real headset.
The Intern tells King that if he wants his videos on time, he can allow it, as long as he beta tests highly desired tech products before their release and then destroys them. He then holds up a PlayStation 5 controller and informs King that this product variant is a bit unstable. He clicks a button on the controller, causing the headset to malfunction and shoot out sparks. Based on King’s stuttering, it’s presumed that he was electrocuted.
