Plug Man is a Robot Master and a minor antagonist in Mega Man 9, bearing the serial number DLN-068. Designed to inspect a television factory's quality control, he loves gadgets and browsing electronic stores and talking with his friends about geeky subjects. His Special Weapon, the Plug Ball, has him fire plasma balls that can move around the screen from his right arm.
Biography[]
Plug Man and his siblings were doomed to be scrapped as their use period has expired. Dr. Wily appeared, and seemingly concerned, he used his faux kindness to bend their minds to his will so he could conquer the world.
Upon their defeat, the robots were rebuilt. Plug Man and Rush can be seen shopping, as the former was rebuilt along with his siblings at the end.
Course[]
Plug Man runs a course that has many blocks that can appear and vanish. Mega Man will also find a hologram made in his image that can damage him on contact.
Battle[]
In battle, Plug Man jumps throughout his battle, firing his Plug Ball projectiles at Mega Man. He may sometimes shoot Plug Ball projectiles that will run on the ceiling. Once he gets under it, the projectile will drop toward the spot Plug Man was standing on. Plug Man is weak to the Jewel Satellite, which can deflect the Plug Ball's projectiles.
