The Plutarkians are major antagonists in the Biker Mice from Mars franchise, serving as the overarching antagonists of the original 1993 cartoon.
They are a race of fish-like aliens from the planet Plutark who travel across the galaxy in order to steal the natural resources of other planets due to their own planet dying out.
Appearance[]
All of the Plutarkians are fish-like humanoids with turquoise scales, sharp dorsal fins on their scalps, razor sharp teeth, and red eyes. They also have clawed hands and feet with two twos. Many of the Plutarkins also come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, some being morbidly obese, others having more pronounced lips than others, and others being rather skinny.
Biography[]
Past[]
Prior to the events of the original series, the Plutarkians had invaded Mars in order to steal its natural resources When the humanoid mice that lived on the planet intervened, they waged war, leading to the deaths of the majority of the civilians, though some of them managed to survive the ordeal. Three of these mice: Throttle, Vinnie, and Moto, had managed to escape the planet, and flew across the galaxy in a space ship which later got shot down by a set of Plutarkians, landing them in Chicago.
Biker Mice from Mars (1993)[]
The Plutarkians, most espescially Lawrence Limburger, are the primary catalysts for the series' conflicts, attempting to steal the Earth's natural resources by any means possible whilst posing and disgusing themselves as world leaders.
