The Pneumoniac is a minor antagonist of Ozzy & Drix, serving as the main antagonist of the episode, "An Out of Body Experience".
He was voiced by Patrick Fraley.
Biography[]
The Pneumoniac planned to give Hector’s crush Christine a terrible case of pneumonia. He bribed police Chief Maximus with a million carbs to let his plan proceed, and Maximus agreed. He’s first seen in a dark alley meeting with Maximus. While Osmosis Jones was spying on them, the Pneumoniac gave Maximus half a million carbs. He tells him that if he does a good job, he'll get rest the next day. Maximus assures him that nothing will interfere with his plans, but Osmosis gets spotted. The two prepare to eliminate him, Ozzy escapes, however, and they chase after. After Maximus calls the police force, he tells the Pneumoniac they have to split up.
The Pneumoniac is seen again when he holds a meeting of germs with plans of the invasion. He says the virus will come in through the nose in less than an hour. Ozzy, Celia Tyson, and Drixeen undercover get in the plan until Ozzy unintentionally blows their cover. The Pneumoniac and Maxmius leave to them to the germs while they head to the nose.
In the nose, the two of them start enacting their plan, and the Pneumoniac gives Maximus the rest of his bribe, only for the second bag to be destroyed by Ozzy and Tyson on a jet scooter, and they run into hiding as Tyson and the rest of the police force go after the infection, successfully capturing everyone, including the Pneumoniac, who reveals his alliance out of frustration with Maximus.
