Poison Mushroom Cookie is a major antagonist in Cookie Run: Kingdom and a supporting antagonist in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. They are a servant of Dark Enchantress Cookie and a member of the Cookies of Darkness.
They are voiced in Cookie Run: Kingdom by Kim Yul in Korean, Misawa Sachika in Japanese, Feng Jiade in Taiwanese, François CRETON in French, and A.J. Beckles (who also voiced Mandrake in High Guardian Spice) in English.

Poison Mushroom Cookie is a short stubby Cookie that wears robes and a cap that resembles more like a mushroom.
Personality[]
Poison Mushroom Cookie serves as one of Dark Enchantress Cookie's underlings, performing tasks given by either her or Pomegranate Cookie. Despite being under her servitude, however, Poison Mushroom Cookie appears to lack any sort of malicious intent or even awareness of what it is that their group does. Instead, they act childish and playful, taking even complete defeats in stride and befriending everyone they come across, even those of which they are supposedly an enemy. They seem to get along with Licorice Cookie best, tagging along with him in his schemes like a little sibling.
Poison Mushroom Cookie is very eager to share their mushrooms with other Cookies, seemingly unaware of the harmful effects the fungus has on normal Cookies, which is often taken advantage of by other members of the Cookies of Darkness; in the Timeless Kingdom Episode, they were made to use one on Pure Vanilla Cookie by Licorice Cookie to induce hallucinations, allowing their group to capture him, though they only assumed they were giving Pure Vanilla Cookie a harmless fun time. This occurs again in Grandberry Market when Licorice Cookie uses Poison Mushroom Cookie's spores to spike some fruit punch, inducing reckless and aggressive behaviors upon nearly everyone who drank it.
Biography[]
Cookie Run: Kingdom[]
Poison Mushroom Cookie first appears in level 5, Tainted Forest. Custard Cookie III accidentally bites the cap of Poison Mushroom Cookie, and Poison Mushroom Cookie attacks them with poison mushrooms.
Poison Mushroom Cookie reappears in level 6 and level 10. They made a minor appearance in Grandberry Market story, where they spiked the berry juice with poison as part of Licorice Cookie's plan to poison the Hollyberrians and turn against each other.
In Citadel of the Frozen Cliff story, Poison Mushroom Cookie, along with Pomegranate Cookie and Licorice Cookie help Affogato Cookie take over the throne of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, but however, unfortunately for Affogato Cookie, Caramel Arrow Cookie returned along with Dark Cacao Cookie (who survived the fall of his castle) to confront him.
After Dark Cacao Cookie was freed from Pomegranate Cookie's spell, Pomegranate Cookie ordered Dark Choco Cookie to take his father's Soul Jam, but he refused and betrayed the Cookies of Darkness, with Poison Mushroom Cookie feeling sad about Dark Choco Cookie leaving.
In Chapter 3 of the Cookie Odyssey, Poison Mushroom Cookie reappeared along with the other villains (even Affogato Cookie, who revealed to have joined the Cookies of Darkness), where they tried to destroy the Crème Republic. However, when GingerBrave and company restored peace in the Crème Republic, the villains were forced to retreat once again.
Cookie Run: OvenBreak[]
As GingerBrave and friends were looking for the Branch of Life in the Millennial Forest, they bump into Licorice, Pomegranate, and Poison Mushroom Cookie. The villains were also looking for the Branch of Life as well. However, both groups were forced to team up with each other while the Millennial Deer watched over their behavior despite it being enraged and attempting to attack. Poison Mushroom Cookie wandered off to a field of mushrooms and started to bounce on them. They end up getting kidnapped by the Millennial Deer.
Later, Poison Mushroom was found safe in the mushroom forest while they were riding on the Millennial Deer. Millennial Tree Cookie has awakened from his slumber and the Millennial Deer was purified to its original form. Both groups were given a seed by Millennial Tree Cookie depending on its fate of how it will grow. While Poison Mushroom was enjoying themselves, Pomegranate Cookie puts a curse on the seed and awaits on how it will sprout.
