The Pokémon Poacher Brothers are a group of antagonists in Pokémon: Master Quest. They serve as the main antagonists in "Mother of All Battles". They are a trio of poachers who were trying to catch and steal valuable Pokémon.

The Poacher Brothers, Brago, Chico, and Blurt, are notorious Pokémon poachers known for their ruthless tactics and relentless pursuit of rare and powerful Pokémon.
Brago, the eldest brother, leads the trio with his strategic mind and tactical acumen. Chico, the middle brother, is the brains behind their operations, inventing various gadgets and machines to aid in their poaching endeavors. Blurt, the youngest, is known for his brute strength and often serves as the muscle of the group.
Their most infamous crime was the theft of Larvitar's egg from the Mt. Silver Pokémon Preserve. In the process, they severely wounded Tyranitar, the mother of Larvitar, showcasing their disregard for the well-being of Pokémon. The brothers have been involved in numerous poaching incidents, capturing rare Pokémon and selling them for profit.
Larvitar, haunted by dreams of its traumatic past, vividly remembered the Poacher Brothers appearing in its mind experience facilitated by the Unown. These visions revealed the terror and pain caused by the poachers, further motivating Ash, Misty, and Brock to take action against them.
Ranger Mason had been tracking the Poacher Brothers for quite some time and disguised himself to gather more information about their operations. Jessie, James, and Meowth, who were also interested in capturing rare Pokémon, formed an uneasy alliance with the Poacher Brothers to achieve their common goals.
With the help of Jessie, James, and Meowth, the Poacher Brothers devised a plan to capture more Pokémon and expand their operations. However, their collaboration was fraught with conflict and mistrust, as each group had its own hidden agenda.
In the final showdown, the heroes tracked down the Poacher Brothers and their new allies to their hideout. A fierce battle ensued, with Ash and his friends using their Pokémon to thwart the poachers' and Team Rocket's attempts to capture more Pokémon. Despite their cunning traps and advanced gadgets, the Poacher Brothers and Team Rocket were no match for the combined efforts of the heroes and Ranger Mason.
In the end, Ranger Mason and his team successfully arrested Brago, Chico, and Blurt, while Jessie, James, and Meowth narrowly escaped. The stolen Pokémon were rescued and returned to their rightful homes, and Larvitar was finally able to reunite with its mother, Tyranitar.
