The Poopertrators is a team that consists of T.P. Mummy, Smartsy Fartsy, Poopacabra, Clogneta, and Camoflush which serves as the main antagonists of the Netflix series adaptation of the Captain Underpants franchise, The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants.
The Poopertrators is a supervillain team created by Melvin Sneedly in order to achieved his plans of Melvindication, his plans for world domination.
When George and Harold decided to turn their comic into a play for the talent show to impress Cash Network, so he buy the camp and fire Mr. Krupp. Melvin spy on them and decided to make a team to defeat them once and for all and take over the world, by turning turning their fake Poopertrators into real Poopertrators with an invention he build out of a waffle iron.
That night, during the talent show, he zap the fake ones into real ones, leading to a battle, the villains have easily defeat the heroes, suddenly Melvin reveal himself and show George and Harold his invention and that they have defeat him for the last time.
But George and Harold, didn’t gave up and have their team to defeat the villains, then stole Melvin’s inention and used it against him and turn the villains back to normal.

Despite they are the main antagonists of "The Polarizing Plight of the Pitiless Poopertrators", Melvin gets more screen time than the other villains.
