President Penguin is the main antagonist of the ninth Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot book, Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot vs. the Unpleasant Penguins from Pluto.

Biography

President Penguin is enraged when he reads in a newspaper article that Pluto is no longer considered a planet. The President, determined to teach Earth to show respect, travels there so he can destroy Squeakyville. The next day, President Penguin's spaceship lands on Earth on a mountain at dawn, in doing so destroying part of Ricky Ricotta and his Mighty Robot's amend for Lucy while landing.

Later, Ricky calls Lucy to tell her about his surprise for her. Lucy and her Jurassic Jackrabbits rush to the castle-like spaceship on the mountain with her name planted in flowers, unaware that the ship is not part of the surprise. When Lucy and her pets approach the President's head guards, Clancy and Nigel, the penguins treat Lucy like a true princess, baking goodies for her in the "castle."

Meanwhile, President Penguin has launched an attack on Squeakyville. Ricky and his robot see the Penguin-Mobiles and try to stop the onslaught, but the robots use their freezer beams to encase the robot's feet in ice. Clancy and Nigel explain the reason for the President's actions to Lucy and her pets after they hear the commotion. Lucy tries to intervene, knowing she must help her cousin, but President Penguin subdues them as well.

Two missiles appear out of nowhere and strike the two Penguin-Mobiles guarding the Mighty Robot. Clancy and Nigel appear to be intervening as well, and they destroy President's Penguin-Mobile. The explosion sends everyone flying, and after Ricky is saved in time by the Mighty Robot, President Penguin is dealt with appropriately.

Lucy appoints Clancy and Nigel as Pluto's new Presidents because President Penguin is now in the cooler. Clancy and Nigel fly back to Pluto after making peace with the captain and first mate. Because the Squeakyville jail is now at capacity, an expansion is being built.
