Biography
Preston Greenfield is a knight of House Greenfield, a landed knight house sworn to House Lannister. He became a member of the Kingsguard sometime after Robert’s Rebellion. A short, remorseless knight who has no qualms beating children and breaking his vow of celibacy by cheating with a married mans wife. He dies during a riot if Kings Lansing where he attempts to protect the High Septon only to be hacked “red-brown heal to heal” by the mob.
He is played by an unidentified actor in the Game of Thrones adaptation. He plays little part besides laughing at Barristan Selmy and a throw away mention by Jaimie Lannister. He presumably dies with the rest of the Kingsguard by Sandors hands in the second sacking of Kings Landing.
