Preston Koogler is a minor antagonist in the sitcom Community. He appeared only in the episodes App Development and Condiments and Modern Espionage he is a middle aged student at Greendale who acts like an immature Frat Boy.
He was portrayed by Mitchell D. Hurwitz, the creator of Arrested Development.

Season Five[]
When the app "MeowMeowBeenz took control of Greendale, Koogler managed to stay at five MeowMeowBeenz. Along with the other fives. he controlled the campus as a dictator. During that time he parked in handicapped spaces. In order to placate the lower numbers he suggested a talent show to help lower numbers move up. In the talent show, he reduced many people to ones, but award Jeff's Stand-Up act with a five. Jeff joined the fives, but after Jeff and Shirley kept bickering, Koogler and the rest of the fives demoted them to ones. Immediately after, Britta formed a revolution with the lower numbers and reduced Koogler and the rest of the fives down to ones.
At the end of the episode, there was a trailer for a fake film in which Koogler was an immature student pulling pranks on Greendale.
Season Six[]
During the final paintball match at Greendale, Koogler opened a club called "Club Club". There he sexually harrassed women and tried to make a rule saying all women had to sleep with him, which caused a lot of rules to be amde preventing him from harrassing women. He also sold paintballs at the club. When Abed questioned him about Silver Ballz, a mysterious "assassin" shot Koogler with a silver paintball. Koogler fled.
