Prince Buldont is the crown prince and later leader of the Machine Empire Baranoia as well as the secondary antagonist of Chouriki Sentai Ohranger.
He is voiced by Tomokazu Seki who previously voiced Lizard Doubler in Space Sheriff Gavan and later voiced HH Deo in Gekisou Sentai Carranger, Bibidebi in Denji Sentai Megaranger, Byz Goa in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Tsukishimaalpaca and Asakusaalpaca in Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger, Yokai Nekomata and his cousin Yokai Mataneko in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, Space Ika Devil and Siomaneking in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, Gaisorg in Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, Gerojim and Minongan Moth in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger, Trinoid 24: Abarangekko in the 20th anniversary film for Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger and Circuit Grumer in Bakuage Sentai Boomranger. Past[]
As with all members of the Machine Empire Baranoia, Prince Buldont was built by his "parents" Emperor Bacchus Wrath and Empress Hysteria some 65 million years ago. He became the heir of the Machine Empire Baranoia and always wanted to impress his father. Along with his parents, Buldont was able to lead the Machine Beasts and the Barlo Soldiers into successfully devastating and conquering multiple planets. Although his father never heard of Bara Hacker's masterful hacking skills, Buldont took notice and kept him in mind should he ever be needed again.
Ohranger[]
Millions of years later, in 1999, Bacchus Wrath and his Empire return to Earth and launch an invasion of Earth but the initial attacks are defeated by the newly formed Ohrangers. As a result of the newfound resistance, an enraged Bacchus Wrath immediately sends down a Takonpas fleet to deploy Bara Vanish which has orders from Prince Buldont to discover the secrets of Chouriki by kidnapping Kenichi Matsumori so that it can be studied and countered. When his Machine Beast is unable to capture Kenichi due to Goro’s interference, Buldont goes down to the Earth in person with some Barlo Soldiers to confront Bara Vanish only to find Goro and Kenichi hiding above so he blasts them down and orders Bara Vanish and his forces to attack. Before they can be dealt with though, the other Ohrangers arrive and Bara Vanish is swiftly destroyed so Buldont retreats once more.
Buldont sets up a movie called the Machine Empire Century with Acha and Kocha and some Barlo Soldiers before recruiting four Machine Beasts to act as the muscle in his plan; Faucetchuck, Locker Knight, Cat Signal and Kabochumpkin as well as Camera Trick to act as his way of kidnapping his "stars." Using Camera Trick to forcibly teleport others, Buldont is able to gather a cast of “actors” with the allure of $10 million Yen ($79,000 USD) and lure the Ohrangers. When the Ohrangers arrive to save the victims, Buldont begins his movie properly by having Acha and Cat Signal shuffle the children onto a bus whilst the Ohrangers are harassed by the other Machine Beasts. Despite this, Faucetchuck quickly runs out of power whilst fighting Yuri and Goro so Buldont is forced to withdraw the Machine Beast to have Acha upgrade his power supply. Enraged by multiple set-backs, Buldont then scripts the bus to be damaged during a Vietnam war re-enaction scene and fall off a cliff to kill everyone on board. However, the Ohrangers save the children so he sends an platoon of Barlo Soldiers in WW2-era army fatigue to attack them whilst Acha and more Barlo Soldiers cut off other humans’ limbs to make them stronger only for this plan to also fail.
After the death of Bara Devil, during a lull between attacks by the Baranoia, Seiichi Kuroda approaches Buldont and proposes that they work together to defeat the Ohrangers and conquer Earth in exchange for giving him control over Japan. Buldont agrees so Seiichi steals Yuji's Power Brace and presents it to Buldont as well as Acha and Kocha who are impressed as they plan to reverse engineer it to make thier Machine Beasts better. However, he doesn’t hand over the Power Brace as he knows the Baranoia would betray him so Buldont agrees but secretly admits that he plans to betray Seiichi anyway. In the meantime, he sends Bara Vacuum to kidnap the powerless Yuji as they have nothing better to do until they can betray Seiichi. Buldont later accompanies Acha and Kocha, an army of Barlo Soldiers and Bara Vacuum when they fight with the Ohrangers in a game of hot potato over Yuji's Power Brace which the Baranoia eventually lose.
After a tough battle with the Ohrangers, Bacchus Wrath is easily destroyed by OhBlocker's Twin Blocken Crash. Enraged, Buldont fires every missile the Baranoia have at Earth to atomise it but they are all destroyed by OnBlocker. Before he can though, Bomber the Great returns from exile and forcibly ejects Buldont on a missile to take control of the Machine Empire. After Buldont later returns alive, Bomber invokes Article 2 of the Baranoia Constitution where heirs must be found within 100 years of Bacchus Wrath's death and he and Buldont have both made claims. He easily kills Buldont and sends away his remains in a rocket with Hysteria. Bomber then declares himself the the 1st, New Emperor of Baranoia with Acha and Kocha switching allegiances to him. However, shortly after the death of Bara Gold, Buldont (repaired and upgraded by the dying remains of Bacchus Wrath into Kaiser Buldont) returns with his cousin Multiwa and defeats Bomber the Great. They then reassemble the tortured Bomber and send him to Earth as a giant to kill the Ohrangers only for him to die at the hands of King Pyramidder Battle Formation's Super Legend Beam. Despite Bomber being brain-dead, Buldont reassembles him as a missile and fires him into the Sun to destroy all life on Earth. Fortunately, Gunmazin takes the missile and flings it safely away into deep space.
With her son empowered, Hysteria steps down as empress and allows Buldont to marry Multiwa as they become the new rulers. After more failures against the Ohrangers, Multiwa and Buldont initiate a complete invasion of Earth; bombarding the UAOH Hangar with Takonpas to prevent Ohranger Robo and Tackle Boy from being deployed, capturing OhBlocker and Red Puncher and using Bara Micron's Dark Particles to render the Ohrangers powerless. Although Dorin dies to destroy Bara Micron, the Baranoia still manage to force the Ohrangers to surrender and banish them to another dimension to burn to death. When they later return, the Baranoians rule the Earth with the UAOH being a resistance force and their mecha being imprisoned whereupon Buldont and Multiwa leave to kill them for good. They kidnap Mikio and replace him with a Barlo Soldier; forcing the Ohrangers to confront them and the last few Barlo Soldiers. After their footsoldiers lose, Buldont and Multiwa combine thier powers to grow giant by themselves without Acha and Kocha much to the latter two's surprise. Although they are more than a match for Ohranger Robo, they are swiftly overwhelmed by the other mecha and killed by King Pyramidder Battle Formation's Super Legend Beam.
Goro remembers fighting Kaiser Buldont after the Ohrangers disband once Hysteria is dead.

Personality[]
Prince Buldont was originally just a robotic child; whiny, obnoxious, and very demanding. Buldont longed to impress Bacchus Wrath although he could argue with him on occasion such as during the 20th episode. As a spoiled brat, he was often made a fool of by the Ohrangers and he shared his parents' hate for the Zeo Rangers but his attempts to defeat them were usually foiled because of his naivete.
Since becoming Kaiser Buldont, he has become a loving husband but is shown to be much more vengeful and angry over his father's defeat. Like his father, Buldont proves to be hypocritical; discrediting human emotion as a pathetic weakness whilst also showing great love for his family.

- Strength: Prince Buldont knocked down Barlo Soldiers with single punches to the face and an upper-cut during his boxing match.
- Durability: Prince Buldont was unfazed by Bacchus Wrath striking him on the head with his staff, being jump kicked down by Momo and survived both being shot by the Chouriki Mobiles' firepower and being involved in the devastating collapse of the Magna Enhancement cave.

- His name was a play on bulldog.
- Because the Power Rangers crew cut out Bomber killing Buldont due to its violence, and because Buldont became Kaiser Buldont by Emperor Bacchus Wrath sacrificing his life to upgrade his son but King Mondo survived longer, he had to be turned into two different characters for Power Rangers Zeo.
