The Princess is a minor antagonist in Season 1 of the Dan the Man web series, serving as the main antagonist of Stage 1.

She is a princess figure who is held hostage by the Resistance ninjas, desiring a hero to rescue her, but it turns to be that she is a heavily greedy woman who looks for a man whom she can gain profit as she pleases.

Biography[]

After leaving his home, Dan fought his way through a stage, defeating several Ninja Rebels of the Resistance. Near the end, he found the princess imprisoned in a tower. Just as he was about to rescue her, a giant robot appeared to stop him. After an intense battle, Dan destroyed the mechanical threat, earning a key as his reward. With it, he unlocked the tower gate and freed the princess. Grateful for her rescue, she confessed her love for him, and the two returned to his home.

At first, their love seemed strong, but over time, the princess constantly demanded new purchases to improve her lifestyle. She insisted on a luxury car, multiple home renovations, and various other items, including a pet that adored her but despised Dan.

As Dan struggled to satisfy her endless desires, he sank into debt and was forced to work for the Vendor, from whom he had previously made purchases. Even that wasn’t enough, leading him to rely on a credit card—only for it to become another financial burden.

Eventually, two large men arrived at Dan’s home in a truck to repossess everything he had bought, including the princess, as he could no longer afford to pay. Furious, Dan and the princess resisted, but they were no match for the enforcers. Losing their possessions, the princess turned her anger on Dan, abandoned him, and declared she no longer loved him. Later, he discovered she had started an affair with the Vendor. This betrayal pushed Dan over the edge, leading him to confront the Vendor in battle.

As their fight escalated, the princess and her new partner attempted to escape in a helicopter. Dan managed to board it, continuing his battle with the Vendor. In a chaotic turn of events, the pink dog Dan had bought for the princess got caught in the helicopter’s tail rotor, causing the aircraft to crash and killing everyone on board.

The game then restarted, replaying the events from the beginning. This time, as Dan defeated the robot and obtained the key, he chose to flee instead of rescuing the princess, now aware of her selfish nature. Enraged, she screamed at him, but he ignored her and left. He then handed the key to the Vendor, suggesting that she would now have to deal with the princess instead.
