| ~ Princess Morbucks. |

She is one of the four most common antagonists in the series (alongside Mojo Jojo, HIM, and Fuzzy Lumpkins), Buttercup's and Blossom’s rival in the OG series and the 2016 reboot.
In the 1998 series, she was voiced by Jennifer Hale, who also voiced Sedusa in the same series, Mandy in Totally Spies, Dark Samus in the Metroid Prime series, Rojo in Ben 10, Shannon Lucas in Scooby-Doo! Appearance[]
In The Powerpuff Girls, Morbucks a little girl who is the same age and same height as the Powerpuff Girls. She has small black eyes, three freckles on each cheek, and has orange hair with curly puffs on the sides.
In her normal clothes, she wears a white collared shirt underneath a yellow sweater, a purple skirt, white leggings, and dark purple Mary Janes.
When she has her super suit on, she wears a big golden crown with a violet gem in the center, a yellow dress with a large black stripe around the torso (similar to the Powerpuff Girl's dresses), black evening gloves (gloves that go up to your elbows, just like what actresses wear at award ceremonies), white leggings, and black boots.
Personality[]
| “ | You’re a spoiled brat who’s greedy and jealous, and you don’t care who you step on to get what you want. | „ |
| ~ Blossom describing Princess’ nature to her. |
Princess Morbucks is often described as being very boastful, immature, spoiled, greedy, obnoxious, impatient, arrogant, spiteful, and dictating, even for a little girl. She has an extremely unhealthy obsession with money and often throws obnoxious temper tantrums whenever she wants to have something, prompting her dad to hand her cash in order to silence her and calm her down. When denied of what she wants, she becomes emotionally distressed; which often aggravates everyone else around her, and also makes her an incredibly disruptive influence.
She also wants to be a Powerpuff Girl, but doesn't have superpowers or crimefighting experience, which angers her for not letting her become one, hence only willing to become one for cosmetic reasons (since the trio are loved by everyone in the city of Townsville). She has stated that "If I can't be a Powerpuff Girl, then there won't be any Powerpuff Girls!".
However, she loves something other than herself and trying to stop the Powerpuff Girls: Cash. As shown, she'll only love her father if he gives her anything she wants if she asks sweetly (which she doesn't most of the time). If not, Princess throws an extremely immature and bratty tantrum for it. At one point, her father taps a rolled-up newspaper against his palm. This indicates that he gives her firm discipline, despite the great extent to which he spoils her financially. She also has no regard for other people's property as shown in the episode "'Twas the Fight Before Christmas" when she purposely destroys a hobby horse in Santa's workshop during a tantrum. She is even willing to insult people powerful than her as she insulted Santa when he started to admire the Powerpuff Girls.
Biography[]
Origins[]
To be added...
The Powerpuff Girls[]
In the original series, she is a spoiled and rich girl who wants to be a Powerpuff Girl for selfish reasons. However, she has no powers of her own, and instead uses her father's money to buy weapons to destroy the Powerpuff Girls because she can't become one.
She debuted in "Stuck Up, Up and Away," where Blossom explains that being a Powerpuff Girl is not about getting what she wants, having the best stuff or being popular or powerful, but about using one's own unique abilities to help people and the world. Princess buys a suit of powered armor that makes her seem invincible, but Blossom rallies the girls and destroys the armor. Princess swears she'll be out of jail shortly, but then again, no Townsville villain seems to stay in for long.
Princess tries again repeatedly: In one instance, she hires Mojo Jojo, and even gains Chemical X powers like the girls, but their savvy plus the egos of the villainous allies rob her of victory and powers. In an episode that paid tribute to the 60's band The Beatles, she, Mojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and HIM formed The Beat-Alls, who nearly owned the city and the girls, till a 'Yoko scheme' (a parody of how some people believe the real Beatles parted ways) broke them up. She also once simply had her father buy the City Of Townsville so she could be Mayor and outlaw crime-fighting, a scheme which fell apart when the girls legally robbed her of every last possession. In likely her most vicious petty scheme, she tricked a neglected friend the girls had made into stealing, just so she could report this to the girls and seem like an ally worthy of joining them. Though Blossom remains her archenemy, it is Buttercup who despises her the most. Princess is also featured in any 'crowd of villains' episode, most notably one where the villains send booby-trapped birthday gifts (that one and all epic fail) to the girls.
Twas the Fight Before Christmas[]
Serving as the main antagonist of the special, Princess tries to obtain her latest Christmas gift from Santa: to become a Powerpuff Girl. However, the Powerpuff Girls pointed out that Princess is too naughty due to her past crimes against them and Townsville, and that she needs to change her ways in order to earn such a gift. Upon going to the North Pole and seeing that she's the only kid on Santa's naughty list for the same reason, rather than changing her ways, Princess spitefully tampers the nice and naughty lists, so that she can be a Powerpuff Girl while the rest of the children (including the Powerpuff Girls) get coal. With her newfound powers, Princess attacks the Powerpuff Girls at the North Pole until Santa orders them to stop, having felt tired of transporting the coal throughout the world. Princess tries to get Santa to listen to her, but Santa is excited to meet the Powerpuff Girls in person as he is enthralled by their stories of true heroics. This incited a jealous Princess to throw the mother of all tantrums and demand that Santa gives her whatever she wants for Christmas, even at the cost of making the rest of the other people around the world completely heartbroken and miserable. Finally realizing now what a greedy, despicable, immature, and selfish brat that Princess Morbucks truly is and that she tricked him to satisfy her greed as well as discovering that she deceived him pulling off this cheat; Santa Claus, horrified, enraged, and disgusted by her treachery, lashed her out and places her name in the Permanent Naughty Plaque as eternal punishment for her heinous crimes, meaning she will never receive a gift from him for the rest of her worthless, miserable, and pathetic life. Horrified, heartbroken, and enraged this news, Princess Morbucks angrily attempts to fly away to tattle on Santa to her father, but Santa cleverly foils this by magically stripping Princess Morbucks of her precious powers, much to Princess' shock and anger, allowing the Powerpuff Girls to save the holiday by delivering the gifts to the children and finally sending Princess to prison as punishment for her heinous crimes.

Trivia[]
- Princess Morbucks's last name is a parody/homage to Daddy Warbucks, the adoptive father of Annie in the classic comic strip Little Orphan Annie and the musical Annie. Morbucks herself looks somewhat similar to Annie's classic design.
- Because of her wealthy, immature, egocentric, spoiled and bratty personality, she was inspired by the character Veruca Salt from Roald Dahl’s iconic novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and the movie adaptations Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory in 1971, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2005.
- Due to her bratty, obnoxious, immature, and arrogant behavior in The Powerpuff Girls, many fans of the show consider Princess Morbucks being one of the most hated villains in the show. However, she is nothing compared to Dick Hardly, who is far worse than Princess Morbucks in terms of heinousness.
- She shares similarities with Eddie the Squirrel from the fellow Nicktoon series "CatDog", where in some episodes, Eddie keeps constantly begging for The Greaser Dogs to let him become a Greaser just like them but they always push him around unlike the Powerpuff Girls.
- Contrary of what some fans think about her, Princess Morbucks is not neglected by her parents. Her father is always there for her and ready to listen to her, while her mother never appears (if her father is widowed or divorced goes unspecified). She is just a spoiled brat who gets what she wants and she has absolutely no redeeming qualities which makes her the complete opposite of villains like Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown.
- However, in Powerpuff Girls Z, it's indeed implied that the anime incarnation of Princess Morbucks is neglected by her parents, who mostly favor her older sister due her talents. In fact, the anime Princess Morbucks isn't as spoiled like her original incarnation and just wants to feel appreciated.
- At least in the 1998 series, she isn't actually royalty. "Princess" isn't a title, but rather just her actual given name.
- She and the The Gangreen Gang are the only villains that attended school with the girls. Unlike the Gangreen Gang, she continues to attend school with the girls these days, even though she has probation and the Powerpuff Girls' have a grudge against her.
