Princess Orca is a major antagonist in the Wings of Fire series, serving as the main antagonist of Wings of Fire: The Lost Heir and one of the overarching antagonists of Talons of Power.
She was the first daughter of Queen Coral and was defeated by her mother in a battle for the throne. She was eventually revealed to have bewitched her own statue which would periodically murder her remaining infant sisters within the Royal Hatchery, originally intended so she would rule indefinitely as queen without any challengers.

She was killed by Queen Coral when she challenged her for the SeaWing Throne which Orca expected to win and nearly did until Coral Stabbed her to death unintentionally. However Orca's defeat didn't happen before she sculpted a Statue of herself which she enchanted with animus magic (which she hid from everyone including her family) to destroy any of her sisters so Orca would be able to rule The Kingdom of the Sea without worrying about any challengers. Orca's death prevented peace and prosperity from returning to the SeaWing Royal Family as a result until several years later when Tsunami one of Orca's three surviving sisters discovered her statue secret purpose when it tried to kill her and the unhatched Auklet whom Tsunami volunteered to protect from being killed along with the rest of Coral's daughters (minus Tsunami and Anemone as they've already hatched). Tsunami discovered that part of the statue's elusiveness was due to it being enchanted to have an advance warning system on whether a SeaWing (excluding a daughter of Queen Coral) is coming down the corridor that leads to the hatchery so it'll have enough time to return to it's pedestal before it got busted.

- Animus Magic - As an animus dragon Orca had the ability to use magic to aid her with her goals.
- Skilled Combatant - As confirmed by Tui T Sutherland Orca didn't buff herself with enchantments to make herself as formidable as she was before her death and her elite fighting skills were do to more mundane methods as Orca wanted to prove herself that she could beat Queen Coral without the use of her powers unknown to everyone else at the time.
- Breathing Underwater - As a SeaWing, Princess Orca had the ability to breath underwater.
- Swimming - Like all SeaWings Orca was an excellent swimmer.
- Aquatic - As a SeaWing, Princess Orca was taught the underwater language of her tribe which required the bioluminescent scales her species possess.
- Sculpting - According to Queen Coral, Orca was a talented sculptor when she was still alive.
Appearance[]
Princess Orca was a SeaWing with very dark green scales and sapphire blue eyes. She also wore a pearl necklace which symbolizes her royal status. She looks similar to her father Gill and younger sister Auklet.
Trivia[]
- Some fans believe that Orca was possessing the statue of herself. However, this is unlikely as she cursed the statue before her death.
