Biography[]

Season 6[]

In "Party Horse", Principal Party Horse first appears in a flashback where he makes the Party Horses take a US History test in order for them to become real Party Horses, however, Party Horse 42699 escapes to Earth. He then follows Party Horse to Earth, where he threatens to blow up Earth if Party Horse doesn't take his test, but gives Party Horse an hour to study.

When Party Horse comes to take the test, he makes a video of Party Horse to show students on their home planet, knowing he'll fail.Towards the end of the test, Party Horse's pencil breaks, and Principal tries to stop Rigby from handing him a sharpener.

When Party Horse completes the test, he makes the Principal not blow up Earth, whatever the result. He accepts, but is then revealed Party Horse tricked him, and he follows Party Horse back into space.

Season 7[]

In "The Return of Party Horse", he returns the second time as the main antagonist, he calls and tells Party Horse 42699 to stay away from his daughter and if he sees her again, he's glue. As Party Horse 42699 laments being born to party, Mordecai and Rigby decide to head to Party Horse Planet to party the party out of Party Horse 42699 in an effort to win Chrissy back.

Party Horse 42699 bumps into Principal Party, who surprisingly apologizes to Party Horse 42699 and encourages him to party on. Before leaving, Prinicipal Party Horse tells Party Horse 42699 not to enter a booth called the Party Palace Booth, but Party Horse 42699 does so anyway. But the booth is revealed to be a trap by Principal Party Horse, who intends to get the party out of Party Horse 42699's system for good. As Principal Party Horse prepares the trap booth to suck out Party Horse 42699's party out, Chrissy arrives and tries to stop her father, but Party Horse 42699 allows Principal Party Horse to activate the trap booth. The booth sucks out the party out of Party Horse 42699's system, making him a Horse who likes sandwiches and fantasy football, much to Mordecai and Rigby's disgust. When Party Horse 42699 asks Chrissy if this is what she wanted, she refuses and says she just wanted Party Horse 42699 to just party down a notch. Party Horse 42699 says he can do that and takes the party essence and almost drinks all of it, taking his party down a notch, much to Chrissy's relief and Principal Party Horse's frustration. Party Horse 42699 thanks Mordecai and Rigby in helping him get back with Chrissy and tells them they're welcome to party with them any time, but Mordecai and Rigby decline and return home.
