Principal Seymour Skinner is the main antagonist of "Nightmare Cafeteria", a segment of The Simpsons episode "Treehouse of Horror V".
He was voiced by Harry Shearer.
Biography[]
Principal Skinner began the story as his usual self, but soon became a cannibal alongside the entire school-staff after getting a taste for human flesh. When Jimbo Jones spilled soup on Lunchlady Doris and himself, Skinner thought he would taste good and orders Doris to kill him and grind up his body. He serves "Sloppy Jimbo" burgers the next day. He and the rest of the staff became enamored of human flesh, and became an army of cannibals.

Their cannibalism became so bad that soon teachers were sending children to "detention" regardless of them doing wrong and despite the mass number of children disappearing, The parents of Springfield (per usual) seemed oblivious to the danger.
"Eat my Shorts!"[]
However Bart and Lisa were smart enough to realize what was going on, however by then it was almost too late and Skinner had effectively gained supreme power over the school (much more than even a Principal should have) and lost his sanity completely. To keep the kids from exposing the truth, Skinner decided to kill and eat Bart and Lisa personally, starting with Bart's shorts (no doubt about as revenge for Bart's famous taunt of "eat my shorts").
He chased the kids down the school, with the kids surrounded by his monstrous staff, but Willie, the only staff member that wasn't corrupted, tried to save the kids, but Willie got axed (literally) by Skinner. Then Skinner pushed Milhouse into a large meat grinder. Bart and Lisa then fell in screaming too. But just as it seemed like Skinner won, it was all revealed to be nothing more than Bart's nightmare, with his death in the dream forcing him to wake up screaming. The Simpson family were then turned inside out by a mysterious fog and they start to sing a parody of One from A Chorus Line with Santa's Little Helper dragging Bart away during the song.
