Promised Blood are main antagonists in the second arc of the mobile game Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story.
History[]
Promised Blood are a union of the three magical girl gangs in Futatsugi City. Due to the Wings of Magius's plans for salvation requiring a massive amount of witches and thus attracting them from neighbouring cities, it is very hard to find witches outside of Kamihama which led to The Bloody Tragedy a gang war between the three gangs Torayamachi, Ryugasaki, and Janomiya, after months of fighting they learned that the Magius were responsible for taking all their witches, being the cause of their war.
