The Proper Patrol are minor antagonists of Codename: Kids Next Door. They fly around attacking kids with their Proper Rays, transforming their clothes into pink dresses for girls and sailor outfits for boys.
Major Mrs. Manners was voiced by Jennifer Hale, and Sergeant Sensible was voiced by Daran Norris.
History[]
Their only major appearance was in Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N., where they (along with several other villains) attack the Sector V Treehouse when the kids forget to activate their defense systems.
They also make minor appearances with other villains.
Sergeant Sensible appears for a quick time event in the KND world in Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion.
