Pu'er (プーアル, Pūaru), also known as Puar, is a reformed antagonist in the Dragon Ball franchise, he is the loyal partner of Yamcha and the rival of Oolong.
Biography[]
Puar was a student Southern Transformation Kindergarten, where he learned his shapeshipt ability, he also met there Oolong and started his rivality with him, Puar met Yamcha in the Diablo Desert and became his partner in his bandit activity.
The two stealed belongings to the people that cross the diablo desert. One time they met Goku, Bulma and his former rival Oolong and both confronts them. When he and Yamcha learned about the Dragon Balls, Puar helps Yamcha when he tries to get them from the Dragon Team. Later, he joins the Dragon Team to confront the Pilaf Gang and became a member of them.
