Pukin is the main antagonist of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
She's the former head of Magical Kingdom's examination division, who was arrested in the past after her actions were exposed by the Magical Kingdom, leading to her arrest with her underling Sonia Bean. With Tot Pop and Pythie Frederica's help, however, they later break out of Magical Girl Prison, leading Pukin to be the de-facto leader of the Prisoners, who is actually manipulated by Pythie. She and her fellow Prisoners including Sonia and Tot seek Rain Pow, the assassin who is wanted by the Investigation Team.
She serves as the archenemy of both the Namiyama Magical Girls and the Investigation Team. After Sonia Bean's death, Pukin later turns on Pythie, making her the primary enemy for the Namiyama Magical Girls, Pythie herself and the Investigation Team.
Appearance[]
Human Form[]
Not much is known about her human form, due to being in her Magical Girl form all the time. However, she is revealed to be British, given her background.
Magical Girl[]
Pukin wears a white water bird's plume on top of her head and has short orange hair with yellow tips. With the exception of her red-slit pupils, her grayish-yellow eyes appear vacant. Her lips are dark red.
She is said to resemble Prince Charming from a fairy tale because of her regal attire. She wears a blue and black tabard with ornate designs, and a big white frill collar around her neck. She is simply wearing a white brassier below her tabard. In addition, she has a scarlet cloak with black and white fur draped over her right side.
She accessorizes her outfit with big pumpkin earrings and shorts in the pumpkin motif. She wears a holster around her waist to hold her rapier. Her hair is the same hue as her big, fluffy tail.
Her gloves and boots match; they are both dark brown with a brighter shade that flares out at the top. Her gloves have little buckles on them.
Personality[]
Pukin behaves elegantly and politely, yet her speech is incredibly antiquated. By the norms of the time she was born, she has a high level of education. Even if they are foes, Pukin respects opponents who she believes merit her regard since she has a chivalrous attitude.
Pukin is extremely arrogant and self-centered. In addition, she is quite cruel and enjoys torturing others. She particularly enjoys torturing and even devouring fairies like Toko. This is because she enjoys the sound of their screams and they are high in nutrition.
Pukin thinks she is perfect and blameless, and she is blind to her own immorality. When she is resisted or treated disrespectfully, she loses her anger easily and violently. Except for her best friend and partner, Sonia Bean, with whom she has a tight bond, Pukin just looks out for herself.
Although Pukin does not mind unintentional verbal blunders, he likes to be addressed as "General" or "Your Excellency".
After Sonia Bean's death, Pukin completely snaps and loses her mind, becoming a full-blown psychopath who spirals out of control.
Abilities[]
Pukin's magical sword brainwashes anyone who is hit by it, regardless of the living target.
A victim of her brainwashing may experience hallucinations, memory changes, sensory loss, or a misunderstanding of the adversary as a friend, among other consequences. Additionally, Pukin can help her target grasp languages they were previously unable to understand, give them skills they had not previously had, or simply help them become more capable overall.
Only one person at a time can be affected by the spell. The old target will revert to its initial state after the magic is applied on the new target.

Trivia[]
- Pukin's name is a play to the word pumpkin, which is alluded to her pumpkin motif.
- Pukin is a homage to the 17th century English witch-hunter Matthew Hopkins from the English Civil War, who is also responsible for falsely accusing women and torturing them in his investigations during his witch-hunts; which bears similarities to Pukin, who is British, falsely accusing and torturing anyone she deems dangerous by using her authority, in her past occupation as the head of Magical Kingdom's examination division.
