Punch and Jewelee are two married villains that are enemies of the hero Captain Atom and are usually seen as joke villains by most heroes. They were later recruited by Amanda Waller to join the Suicide Squad. Punch however eventually dies when they and a few other villains try to overthrow Amanda Waller. They both wear jester costumes and later have a baby together.
Punch has air shoes and stingers.
Jewelee has hypnotic gems and energy gems.

In Batman the Brave and the Bold, they make a cameo in the episode "Menace of the Conqueror Caveman" where they rob a bank but are foiled by Batman and Booster Gold.
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay[]
Punch and Judy are seen at the beginning of the movie, infiltrating a train run by Tobias Whale with the Suicide Squad. After the assassination is complete however, Count Vertigo betrays Deadshot and Punch questions his captain's authority. Suddenly, Jewelee shoots a laser through her husband, killing Punch instantly.
Vertigo and Jewelee plot to copy the drive Whale had, hand Waller the original to minimize suspicions and start their own "nest egg". As punishment for betrayal, Vertigo gets his head blown off by Waller's bomb; And while Jewelee pleads for mercy, Deadshot kills her to "save on the dry cleaning".
