The Puppetmaster is the main antagonist of the Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids episode Puppet on a String. He is an omnipresent God-like figure who punishes children who refuse to do what they are told by attaching thin strings to their bodies, fusing them to their bones. Upon doing this, it is impossible to remove the strings without his victims being in pain, and they are forced to do as he commands them to, permanently removing their autonomy.
Like all other characters he was voiced by Nigel Planer

Biography[]
Sometime before the story as revealed by Calloway's father, he taught him a lesson. His plan started with a clown puppet frightening him eventually making him a puppet. Also revealed by the clown puppet he also was one of his previous victims the rest is not seen besides the clown puppet, Calloway and his father the latter of which mentions it, Calloway's punishment was on screen and the clown puppet also briefly mentions this.
