Pythie Frederica, also known by her real name Yoshioka and later her Sage name Kashiki-akarukushi-hime, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside The First Lapis Lazuline) of the Magical Girl Raising Project franchise.
She was the former head for Magical Girl Resources Department who disliked the Magical Kingdom's system. She wants to find the "Ideal Magical Girl" who will reform the current system itself, in contrast to The First Lapis Lazuline who wanted to destroy the Magical Kingdom, as she sees it as corrupt and outdated. She is Snow White's former mentor and later Snow White and Ripple's arch-nemesis.
Appearance[]
Human Form[]
She has hair on both sides of her face and her black hair put in a bun. She has spectacles, too. She is wearing a short dress, black dress shoes, and a grey work suit. According to CQ Angel Hamuel, she appeared to be in her early 20s or late 30s, but her glasses made it difficult to determine.
Magical Girl Form[]
Pythie Frederica, in her Magical Girl form, has long, chocolate brown hair. Her hair is long and thin and curled, reaching all the way down to her feet, with two orange-edged strands on either side of her head. part of her eyes are pale orange, and the other part is purple. In addition, she wears rectangular brown earrings and tiny, multicolored star-shaped marks under her eyes.
Pythie is dressed in a long, cream-colored cape with a hood. Charms in the shape of black and white stars dangle from the cape's hood, which has a slightly darker edging. Two sections of the hood bend upward to resemble horns with stars on them, and a black line runs across it. A number of cream-colored ribbons curl down from the translucent white lace that edges the bottom of her hood.

Pythie is dressed in gold and white beneath her cape. Her nails are painted black and gold, and she wears golden rings. She also has a brown choker adorned with little white stars. She's wearing transparent brown shorts and sleeves. Two black stars are also visible on her upper legs. A foot-length black and orange skirt completes her ensemble. Her legs are visible due to the open front. Pointy, petal-like features emerge from various parts of the garment. Her sandals are black. Her crystal ball is fastened to her waist by a black belt. It has a black star pinned to her skirt.
As Kashiki-akarukushi-hime, she has long, silver-white hair, with a few strands that fade to red at the ends. Her hair reaches the floor, and her bangs are parted to her right. She has little star-shaped tattoos on her cheeks and purple, red, and orange eyes with purple makeup. Her left star is black, whereas her right star is red and purple.
Though it is now black rather than the customary white and gold, her attire is very similar to her original one. From top to bottom, her skirt is patterned with constellations, and the ends fade to a brownish orange. The colors of her crystal ball are a blend of purple, pink, and blue. Her hood's top rises to a point, and its horns grow larger and more curved. There is a big brown star at the tip. The sleeves are long enough to cover her hands and are translucent.
Personality[]
Pythie is manipulative, and very cunning. She has no problem using people for her advantage. She's a bit of a pervert, as she is obsessed with hair and beautiful hair, often blushing when thinking about them.
Powers and Abilities[]
Pythie has the ability to reflect whoever she wants in her crystal ball.
When she wraps hair around her fingers, she is able to reflect the hair's owner in her crystal ball. She is also able to interfere with what's reflected by putting her hand (or any other object) into her ball, and interacting with the surrounding area.
Unfortunately, she is only able to use hair from the head, and can only reflect one person at a time. Though, she can "switch channels" with hair wrapped around multiple fingers. She also cannot hear what's reflected in her ball.
She can also brainwash others with Pukin's rapier after the events of Limited, as she uses it to brainwash Ripple into becoming Stanczyka.
After becoming Kashiki-akarukushi-hime, her magic remains the same, although she can now summon multiple crystal balls all at once, often at varying sizes.
