Biography[]
The Black Hat Reservation has been at war with the Broke Jaw Ranch community and the Otto family for several years until the apocalypse.
At one point, a helicopter piloted by Jake Otto is shot down by Walker's lieutenant, Lee, killing Travis Manawa and causing the death of Charlene Daley.
Later, they've captured Phil McCarthy and his team and left Phil on a chair while his brain was eaten away by a crow. A search party led by Troy Otto and Madison Clark find Phil and encounter Qaletaqa's group, who tell them to leave the ranch or they will attack.
Jake, along with Madison's daughter Alicia, try to negotiate peace with the Black Hat Reservation, but were told to vacate premises and tell Jake's father, Jeremiah that he will refrain from further violence in exchange for a tribute and a hostage swap.
When he was given Jeremiah's head by Madison, Walker called off the tribal warpath and negotiated a treaty with the ranch.
After the treaty was made, Walker accompanies Madison to El Bazar in Mexicali to get more water. However, the deal was off when Madison saves Victor Strand from some guards. Strand, however leads the duo to Gonzalez Dam community led by Lola Guerrero.
It is currently unknown what happened to Walker and Lee after the dam's destruction.
