Queen Iron Fan is the secondary antagonist of the anime movie Doraemon: The Record of Nobita's Parallel Visit to the West. She is the Bull Demon King's second-in-command and wife, who seeks to conquer the world and turn humanity into demons alongside him. She was loosely based on Princess Iron Fan from the novel Journey to the West.
She was voiced by Youko Kuri.
Personality[]
Queen Iron Fan was portrayed as a sadistic tyrant who has no problem with killing and eating innocent people. Though she wasn't shown being protective towards her husband and son like her original counterpart, it's presumed that she still retains those traits, regardless of being depicted as more evil. This is shown when Linlei feels grief over her and the Bull Demon King's deaths.

Like other demons, Queen Iron Fan and her husband, the Bull Demon King, escaped from Doraemon's gaming machine due to Doraemon forgetting to turn it off and leaving it in ancient China. She and her husband set up plans to eat Xuanzang so that the demons can evolve into more humanoid beings by sending their son, Linlei to spy on him. They succeeded, leading to the present being altered as all inhabitants on Earth were descended from the demons.
The heroes would then travel back in time to undo the demons' victory, but Queen Iron Fan and the Bull Demon King succeeded in capturing Xuanzang along with Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, and Takeshi with the help of Linlei, but eventually Nobita (who the demons believed to be Sun Wukong) escaped and fought the Bull Demon King, who was then killed, disposing all the demons' magic in the process. Queen Iron Fan, due to this, died shortly afterwards by falling into the lava below. Linlei later redeemed himself and joined Xuanzang in the latter's journey to India in honor of his deceased parents and the demons.
