Quisp
Quisp is a villain in the DC comics. He is one of the many fifth-dimensional imps that plague the entire universe. He was originally a friend to Aquaman. However, unlike many of his kind, who were tricksters, Quisp became a devastating threat over time. So, he tried to mimick his friend's darker image only to become outright malevolent and manipulative as a result.
