Rabid Rabbit is the main antagonist of the Roblox event Egg Hunt 2014: Save the Eggverse!, a minor antagonist in Egg Hunt 2018: The Great Yolktales and a minor character in the 2024 Halloween event The Haunt.
He is a A tall anthropomorphic brown rabbit who is the evil counterpart of Lucky Lapin, one of the player's allies in the 2014 event. He is from a alternate version of the Eggverse.
Biography[]
Egg Hunt 2014[]
Back before the event started canonically, Lucky was captured by Rabid and was forced to give him the eggs, but Rabid's teleporter machine malfunctioned and the eggs got scattered all over the Eggverse dimensions. It was then up to the player, with the help of Lucky Lapin, to bring all the egg backs to save the Eggverse.
In the actual event, he takes over the fifth alternate realm called The Forsaken Future. He controlled all the universes and altered them so that the player cannot obtain the eggs. After the player collects all the eggs, Rabid Rabbit appears as the final boss in the Forsaken Future. The player then uses a sword and weakens Rabid Rabbit, but the rabbit doesn't give up as he escapes but somehow leaves an egg of his behind.
Afterwards, Lucky Lapin is freed and the Eggverse is back to normal, ending the event.
Egg Hunt 2018[]
4 years after his defeat in the Forsaken Future, in the Egg Hunt 2018 event, specifically the world known as Return of the Rabbit, he travels to Robloxia and captures the titular Heroes of Robloxia to keep them locked up in cages in his secret base in the world itself.
The only hero who wasnt caught was Amethysto, who is the only one who can save his teammates. Rabid summons Robot Rabbits to attack him but with the help of the player entering the base and teaming up with Amethysto, he uses his plasma beams and reroutes the power to the turrets. after he rerouted all the turrets, they zapped Rabid Rabbit and presumably sent him back to his dimension. Amethysto earns a prize for his heroism afterwards which is known as the Super Egg. The player also gets the badge for the Super Egg and the egg hat itself too.
It is unknown what has happened to Rabid Rabbit ever since his 2nd defeat in Return of the Rabbit as he has never appeared in an official Roblox event since.
The Haunt[]
In The Haunt, Rabid Rabbit appears as a stone bust on one of the walls in the Hall of Villains, along with Lord Aymor, the main antagonist of Egg Hunt 2018. Both busts are right next to each other as well as a reference.
