Rabid Rebecca is a supporting antagonist in the Horrid Henry franchise. She is Horrid Henry's babysitter and is regarded as the 'toughest teen in town'.
She was voiced by Sue Elliot-Nicholls, who also voiced Moody Margaret in the same series.
Biography[]
Her debut is in "Horrid Henry and the Bogey Babysitter", where she is abusive towards Henry and Peter. Henry had no choice but to team up with Peter to defeat Rebecca, but most of his plans backfire until he discovers her fear of spiders and locks Rebecca inside the cupboard after she had broken the deal with him and Peter. He then waits for Mum and Dad to come inside before unlocking the cupboard, but Rebecca grabs him and threatens to tear him apart limb by limb, but Mum and Dad notice them so she runs out of the house.
In "Horrid Henry and the Terrible Teacher", she fills in for Miss Battle-Axe after she went on a holiday. She also overcame her fear of spiders, but was fired by Miss Oddbod for chasing Peter after being infuriated by the song he was singing.
Personality[]
Rebecca is bossy, tough, and acts like a bully towards children, which she will often break promises she makes with them. She is also shown to hate it when people sing as she was infuriated by the song Peter was singing and started chasing him, leading to her getting fired. She initially had a fear of spiders but would later overcome it.
