Raboniel is a major antagonist in THe Stormlight Archive, by Brandon Sanderson. She is an immortal Fused soldier and one the commanders of the Singer army.

History[]
Raboniel was a Fused soldier. This meant that whenever her body was killed, her soul would go to the planet Braize. There she would torture the Heralds until they surrendered, at which point she would return to Roshar to battle the humans. At some point she had a daughter named Essu, who went insane due to the immortality. Raboniel was a scientist. She managed to make a disease to kill humans, even at the expense of Singer lives. However, the disease was mostly ineffective.
Stormlight Archive[]
Raboniel managed ot return to Roshar due to the Everstorm. She was one of the leaders of the Singer army that captured Urithiru. She used Voidlight to corrup The Sibling, which turned the power of the tower against The Knights Radiant. Raboniel tried to avoid senseless slaughter and ordered her soldiers only to kill humans when necessary. Navani negotiated the surrender of the humans to Raboniel. Raboniel allowed the humans to live in the tower as second-class citizens, but they would otherwise remain unharmed.
Raboniel was impressed with Navani's scientific skill and encouraged her research. Raboniel wanted to discover Anti-Voidlight and helped Navani research this. Raboniel encountered Kaladin who attacked the tower and battled him, but he servived.
Raboniel continued her attempts to corrupt the Tower of Urithiru, but Kaladin stopped her. Raboniel taught Navani some of the rhythms of the Singers, which Navani used in her research. Navani managed ot use these rhythms to combine Stormlight and Voidlight. Navani managed ot create Anti-Voidlight. Raboniel put this Anti-Voidlight in a dagger and used it to euthanize her daugher Essu.
Raboniel tried to finally finish corrupting the tower. Navani tried to kill Raboniel with Anti-Voidlight, but she survived. Raboniel was impressed and advised Navani to flee. She stqated she preferred Odium's forces be defeated than allow the war to go on forwever. Raoniel stopped Moash from killing Navani. Raboniel asked Navani to kill her so she wouldn't go insane.
