Radice Riloto is the auditor of Tekkadan's Earth Branch who is secretly in league with Galan Mossa and a supporting antagonist in Season 2 of Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS.
He was voiced by Kazumasa Fukagawa in the Japanese version, and by Kyle Hebert in the English dubbed.
History[]
Radice was sent by Teiwaz to serve as the auditor for Tekkadan's Earth Branch. However, at some point, Radice was approached by Galan Mossa and was bribed by him into helping him take out the Prime Minister of Arbrau, Togonosuke Makanai, in order to trigger a war between Arbrau and the SAU. Radice assisted Galan in planting a bomb in Makanai's office to assassinate him. The bomb failed to kill the Prime Minister, but its explosion knocked both Makanai and Tekkadan Earth Branch head Chad Chaden into comas. The bombing was blamed on the SAU and a war soon broke out between Arbrau and the SAU.
With Chad out of commission, Takaki Uno took over as acting leader of the Earth Branch, and Radice was able to persuade the naive boy into going along with the directions from Galan Mossa, who had infiltrated Arbrau's armed forces and positioned himself as a military advisor.
Eventually, after Galan's machinations were uncovered and Tekkadan's main branch arrived on Earth to stop the fighting, Radice was discovered to have collaborated with Galan in exchange for a bribe. Radice pleaded with Orga Itsuka to spare him, saying that Galan had threatening him into helping him with his plans, but Orga simply left Radice with Takaki, who shot and executed him.
