Raghor is an antagonist in Paperinik New Adventures . He appears in PKNA Issue 28. He is an experimental breed of the Evronian alien race.
History
He is seen terrorizing Duckburg city where he first attempts to consume the emotions of the journalist and reporter Morrighan but is interrupted by Xadhoom who attacks him. Raghor seems to know about Xadhoom as he states "What a pleasant suprise" before he and his troops decides to annihilate her by using their weaponry but with no success as Xadhoom survives the attack. Raghor then commands the Coolflames to block her. At first Xadhoom has no problem defeating the Coolflames until she notices a Coolfame she believes to be Xari (A love interest of her in the past). Raghor notices this and realizes the one Coolflame 's value before being hauled away by troops of non-mutant breed Evronians under the orders of Zortag.
Raghor considers himself to be "The future of the Evronian race" and superior and the non-mutant Evronians to be inferior. Raghor and his men commits mutiny against Zortag and his troops and states that he is closer to Emperor Evron's image.
Raghor and his troops attacks a party at Ducklair party, bringing the "Xari" Coolflame with them. Donald Duck quickly makes a run to get his Duck Avenger equipment. Xadhoom denies that she has seen the "Xari" Coolflame until Raghor pressures her by threatning to kill the said coolflame and by that Xadhoom breaks down. Raghor first offers Xadhoom to join him to overthrow Emperor Evron himself but Xadhoom stabs him with a fork. Raghor then commands the "Xari" Coolflame to execute Xadhoom when suddenly Duck Avenger flies in blasting a lamp crashing down in front of the Coolflame and battles with the Evronian beasts that is Raghor's troops with the help of Uno. Raghor hits Duck Avenger, sending him fly across the room and then orders the Coolflame to execute a Xadhoom who seems to have accepted it. Raghor thinks he has won as Xadhoom falls down on the floor stating that it is over to the Duck Avenger until Zortag appears to confiscate his troops from him as a punishment for mutiny. Suddenly the building gets contained as Xadhoom's power is reignited and she is shown to be alive and Raghor gets choked by Xadhoom before being killed by her power in a explosion.
Personality
Raghor is a very cruel and proudful mutant evronian who takes pleasure in destroying, "eating" and even emotionally break his enemies. He considers himself and the other Mutant Evronian to be a superior next step in the Evronian evolution and non-mutant Evronian (even if they are his superiors) to be inferior. He goes so far to commit mutiny against Zortag in order to get his ways to kill Xadhoom and Duck Avenger just to prove his superiority and glory for the Evronian Empire (and also probably to spite Zortag). Raghor is also quite barbaric and take pride in it such as taking the word "terrorist" as a compliment.
