Rain Pow, real name Kaori Ninotsugi, is the secondary antagonist of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
She is a member of the Namiyama Magical Girls, led by Mine Musubiya/Weddin, who is, in actuality, the assassin sought after by Pukin's Prisoners (Tot Pop and Sonia Bean) and the Investigation Team. She is Toko's true master and partner in crime and later Pukin's servant after being brainwashed.

Human Form[]
As Kaori, she is a first-year middle school student with shoulder-length hair with bangs to the center, and is also wavy. In one of the images in Limited, she is seen wearing a P.E. uniform.
Magical Girl[]
Rain Pow has medium length blonde hair, with the front sides braided. She has lavender eyes. Her outfit primarily is a pink futuristic suit, complete with black collar having a lavender heart shape on it. White spikes are lined on her shoulders, with the spikes coloured in black. She has a small rainbow circle hovering atop her head, as well as a giant rainbow circle behind her back.
Personality[]
Initially, Rain Pow is shown to be really shy in front of her fellow classmates. However, that is eventually revealed to be a facade, who uses it to manipulate them for her own gain, a trait inherited from her older sister's abuse. While she wanted to escape her abusive past and want a better life with Toko, Rain Pow often uses questionable methods to achieve it. She is also willing to sacrifice any magical girls for her own profit, heeding Toko's own philosophies.
Abilities[]
Anywhere in her line of sight, she can conjure a rainbow that is both powerful enough to resist the power of a Magical Girl and sharp enough to sever a Magical Girl's body. The rainbow doesn't produce temperature or sound, nor does it have any thickness.
Her rainbow serves as more than just a bridge, though, because of her power. Because the rainbow is powerful enough to sever a Magical Girl's body, it can be utilized as a blade. It can also serve as a barrier to prevent physical assaults. She can also create micro-unit rainbows, which can be utilized to identify attacks.
On one end, rainbows will emerge, and it will take some time for them to spread to the other. Out of her line of sight, rainbows will crumble. Furthermore, the stability of the rainbow is related to its size.
