Highness Duke Org Rasetsu is a mouth-themed Highness Duke Org of the Ogre Tribe Org and a major antagonist in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, being the main antagonist of the third arc between episodes 32 and 44.
He was voiced by Hiromi Nishikawa (who also voiced Perfume Ninja Kira-Cologne in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger) and Hidekatsu Shibata, best known as General Shadow in Kamen Rider Stronger, Baron Ashura in Mazinger Z, the Omnipotent God in Sun Vulcan, and later both Land Fist Demon Maku in Gekiranger and Gyōten'ō of the Supernova in Goseiger.

Past[]
As with all Orgs, Rasetsu formed several thousand years ago from the anger and hatred expressed by humans and desired to conquer the world and turn it into thier paradise. This brought them into conflict with the Animarium and they went to war with Ura, Shuten and Rasetsu (the three most powerful Orgs) merging together to form Ultimate Org Hyakkimaru. After that Org is defeated by GaoHunter, the three Orgs were completely drained of thier powers and reduced to statues sealed away in the Org Matrix.
Gaoranger[]
In 2001, the seal over the Org Master is released and the Org Spirits are unleashed on Earth. After the death of Wire Org,
Rasetsu awakens after the death of Ura but, compared to his two predecessors, his plan is far more self-serving; wanting to just eat everything. He is able to abduct the Gaorangers mentor Tetomu when he summons Kurushimemas Org to steal Kakeru's GaoPhone which he infects with a bug to locate their lair. Although this is a fool-proof plan, he needs to use Duchess Org TsueTsue as a meat shield to escape death, sacrificing her instead. In fact it is the Power Animals that beat him and prevent the loss of the Gaorangers. On Christmas, Rasetsu cultivates the part of himself in GaoPhone to destroy it but this is foiled so he eats it to grow giant. However, the Power Animals restore the GaoPhones and kill Rasetsu with GaoKentaurus.
Rasetsu is later resurrected in a vain attempt to protect the Org Master that powers the barrier protecting the Matrix. Though he is killed by the Hundred Beast Sword alongside Ura and Shuten, TsueTsue uses the Org Heart to fuse them together to create Ultimate Org Senki. However, Senki along with all the other Org Spirits are eventually killed by the one thousand Power Animals and the Gaorangers.
Personality[]
Rasetsu was a barbaric beast who would abuse the duke Orgs by torturing them, later killing one of them, and transferring their powers to Baron Orgs. All out of his own self- On top of his extremely hungry personality, he had a creepy obsession with Tetomu.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Sight: Rasetsu was able to see despite not having eyes.
- Bug Production: Rasetsu was able to produce a bug to infect the GaoPhones.
- Tracking: Rasetsu was able to instinctively track his bug to find his way to GaoRock.
- Self Growth: Rasetsu was able to eat his bug spin-off to increase his power and grow giant.
