Poruchik Raskolnikov (Russian: Раскольников) Is a supporting antagonist in the 2020 action role-playing fantasy video game Genshin Impact.
He is one of the known Fatui Oprichnikis, hailing fron Snezhnaya in the city of Novokitezhgrad, who maintains the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. He's trained by the Police Chief, Stalanov and became acquinted with his daughter, Netochka. Despite being honorable official, he's unpopular among other Fatui for strict and efficiency-focused management, such as banning fun activities such as drinking parties. He is the main antagonist of the World Quest, "The Shoemaker's Children Go Barefoot". Raskolnikov became one of the Local Legends when the Traveler rematch with him, if the world quest already completed.
