Rat Capone is a minor two-shot antagonist in Chip 'n' Dale: Rescue Rangers.
Rat Capone is a pudgy rat with light brown fur and red eyes. He dresses in a purple gangster outfit and a black hat.
The S.S. Drainpipe
Rat Capone starts stealing toy boats as part of his jewel heists while also employing slaves in a new scheme of building a castle from his stolen loot.
The noise made from his operations in the sewers also resulted in the peace there being disturbed as shown by a familty of mice leaving as the noise kept them up at night. This catches the attention of the Rescue Rangers who free the slaves, but eventually almost all of them being enslaved save for Dale. However, Dale manages to infiltrate in the guise of the opposite gender and sabotage Rat Capone's latest heist and free his friends.
Rat Capone's palace also gets broken back down into the stolen jewelry while he and his gang get chased off by the pirahna when it escapes. Afterwards, the Rescue Rangers move a manhole's cover off so the cops can recover the stolen jewelry.
Mind Your Cheese and Q's
Rat Capone is back to his old tricks again when he deprived the human and animal communities of cheese, Rat Capone exdtorts gold from mice in exchange for pieces of cheese denying it to anyone with anything less than that. The Rescue Rangers trail him to a farm where it turns out that Rat Capone was also was draining milk supplies and enslaving several mice.
When Monty invades the place where Rat Capone was storing cheese illegally, he has his men send the muse to be encased in a bottle. After he gets freed, they make an attempt at trapping them only for Rat Capone's gang to throw three of the male members in a pit to be flushed away by water and trying to make Gadget take their side.
When Gadget refuses and tries to escape, Rat Capone has her tied up in an attempt to have her crushed to death. When Monty makes an attempt to save her, Rat Capone tries to intervene by bribing him with a piece of Brie '86, Monty shoves it into his mouth and shoves him into the gold he extorted. Rat Capone and his goons are soon flushed away by a flood of milk.
