Rat King as shown in the IDW comics.
Rat King is shown to be an antagonist featured in the TMNT comics by IDW. He is a member of the Pantheron who controls animals though his origins and background varies in each incarnation.
Appearance[]
Rat King is a humanoid figure with balding blonde hair, pointy ears, and entirely red eyes. He dons a black uniform with muiltiple bandages over it. Sometimes he wears a hat with a wide radius.
Powers and Skills[]
Rat King holds enough strength to hold one human being from the foot and has shown himself to be skilled with a flute.
Personality[]
Rat King has shown no issue devouring rats entirely and thinks it is fun to hold people high over the river with no regards if they fall to their deaths.
Biography[]
The Rat King is apart of the family called the Pantheon which are a race of immortals and is the brother of Kistune. He had the mind control ability on not just rats but for any beings. He is malicious trickster who doesn't care about winning, losing, or conquest but only cares about causing Chaos for his tastes. After Kistune turns good and all of the pantheon lost interest in their game, rat king decides to entertain himself by setting up The Armageddon game and it’s tie ins as the main antagonist.
One of his actions during this story is holding a boy by his left foot in front of the TMNT and other onlookers, threatening to drop him to his death. Another incident is inviting Null into a game where she holds a shot at reaping rewards with her expecting to be empowered.
