~ Raven explaining what will happen to EVE, should she succeed. |
Raven is the secondary antagonist of the sci-fi action game, Stellar Blade. She was a member in the 2nd Airborne Squad of the EVE Defense Force before departing away to learn more about humanity.
Upon discovering the truth, however, she went mad and became deluded into believing she was nothing more than a pawn of Mother Sphere. Upon meeting the Elder Naytiba himself, she became persuaded by his charisma and viewed him as her saviour, devoting herself to be his loyal servant.
She is voiced by Kang Si-hyeon in the Korean dub of the game and by Diana Bermudez in its English dub.
Personality[]
Raven was once a loyal fighter and soldier of the EVE Defense Force, serving under Mother Sphere's cause. Like many of her comrades, she believed herself to be one of the remaining survivors of humanity, fighting to protect themselves against the Naytibas, in hopes of reclaiming their home world, Earth.
However, when she learned the truth about Mother Sphere and her role in the downfall of humanity, Raven became mad with feelings of betrayal and deceit, questioning her nature as a human. It isn't until when she met the Elder Naytiba himself that she fully became determined to serve as his loyal servant to the very end.
Despite this, however, Raven would become filled with anger and jealousy when learning that EVE was chosen by the Elder to be the savior of humanity instead of her. As a result, Raven made it her task to spite EVE in every way possible, including slaughtering most of the people that EVE grew close to, while taking pure delight and enjoyment in doing so.
